Where's The Invest on BOC??????

#1 Postby Dean4Storms » Wed Oct 06, 2004 6:14 pm

I cannot understand the reason why an Invest has not been initiated for the BOC Low as of yet. Especially when you consider the Oil Rigs and all the shipping that ensues. I've seen them initiate Invests on alot less potential areas in the past.

I think there was a poll created for this particular issue. Im pretty sure that one will be issued either very late tonight or early tomorrow morning with the latter case being the most likely.

As we were saying before Dean - cyclogenesis for sure just by visual observation alone...

Nothing cold core in the deep BOC in this climatology. They'll catch up later...

Agree Sanibel, if it sits down there through tomorrow and this convection continues we could be dealing with a fairly strong TS or minimal Hurricane IMO.

Im sure that would really scare the crap out of everybody living on the west coast of Florida to see a minimal hurricane sitting in the Gulf just waiting to exploded into something........ok I have to stop. I shouldnt go that far.
