Low Clouds moving in from the ENE. NW GOM Bouys showing 25-30MPH winds.
As the low deepens and moves NNE winds along the Upper TX Coast may reach 30-35MPH and gusty before its all said and done.
Winds may reach 30-40MPH and gusty along the LA Coast.
