How often does TWC mets revise typhoons info?

How often does TWC mets revise typhoons info?

According to the 5:50 PM EDT Tropical "Update", presented by Stephanie Abrams, 28W has not already been named, and she refered to the system as a "disturbance". As we know, it has been an more than an hours since 28W recived the name "Nock-ten". Nothing to worry, they are always like that.

I would no more depend upon TWC for reliable information on typhoons than I would for an accurate forecast for Sierra Vista.
