I. ATLANTIC REQUIREMENTS
1. NEGATIVE RECONNAISSANCE REQUIREMENTS.
2. OUTLOOK FOR SUCCEEDING DAY: POSSIBLY LOW LEVEL INVEST NEAR
15.5N AND 75.0W FOR 09/2000Z.
They must think something is possible if they are planning to go out Tuesday afternoon...

12z Model progs are even less impressive with the Caribbean area, and even more unaminous that this is more frontal lobe orientated ... 500mb trough extension all the way to the W Caribbean translates slowly east as waves of low pressure develop along a frontal boundary in the C ATL extending down into the Caribbean ...
