I. ATLANTIC REQUIREMENTS
1. NEGATIVE RECONNAISSANCE REQUIREMENTS.
2. OUTLOOK FOR SUCCEEDING DAY: POSSIBLY LOW LEVEL INVEST NEAR
15.5N AND 75.0W FOR 09/2000Z.

They must think something is possible if they are planning to go out Tuesday afternoon...

Yea, the last interesting thing IMO was Jeanne. Karl and Lisa were fishies, Matthew was pathetic, and Nicole was subtropical. I just hope it is nice and easy. I would love a tropical storm that caused no damage.

Hopefully it will be sub tropical and come here. Give us some good wicked weather 40-50 mph winds and a cold rain.

12z Model progs are even less impressive with the Caribbean area, and even more unaminous that this is more frontal lobe orientated ... 500mb trough extension all the way to the W Caribbean translates slowly east as waves of low pressure develop along a frontal boundary in the C ATL extending down into the Caribbean ...
