ALL TASKING ON SUSPECT AREA FOR TODAY WAS CANCELLED BY
NHC AT 10/1200Z.
No well defined Low Level Circulation to be found in sat pics and they would haved wasted tax payers money to look for nothing.

The area of convection hasn't persisted long enough to get their full attention, that's why. But if it continues as it looks now for another 6 hours, it should get the NHC's attention by their late afternoon update.

They're mentioning it now:
ANOTHER AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER IS LOCATED JUST OFFSHORE THE
NORTHWESTERN COAST OF COLOMBIA. DEVELOPMENT...IF ANY...SHOULD BE
SLOW TO OCCUR. HOWEVER...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE
ALONG THE COASTAL REGIONS OF COLOMBIA AND VENEZUELA DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO.
