Hello OTTO!! and is tropical storm not subtropical

NRL has it now as Otto so at 4 Pm EST the first advisory will be issued.This is a nice bonus as the season officially ends today.

Yes!! Otto finally did it!! We were waiting the whole month for him and he does it on the final day of hurricane season!

No you mis understood me. We will have another active storm in december. Otto will still be here for the 5 am advisory and thus we will. See.
