Invest 91E is out there well away from the centralamerican coast but as I see this disturbance it not look like it is organizing at this time as shear is not letting it to get cranking.Let's see if shear fades and it organizes or it dissipates.

For those who may not know the EPAC season starts officially on may 15th.

Interesting. That's true, Luis.... the Eastern Pacific (EPAC) Hurricane Season starts a week from tomorrow, coming quickly. :)

The invest is no longer up as as I said in my post above it looks anemic but it is the second time in the EPAC that the invests going up then go down rapidly.

As rainband said are they practicing doing this because none of the areas haved been organized at all?

I doubt they're practicing. In their EPAC tropical weather discussions they have had it labeled as a poorly-defined "disturbance."
