Gulf of Mexico.Thats where they usually tend to start out .She'll just be a tropical storm 8-)

I'd say Northwest Caribbean Sea, similar to Allison from 1995.

Centreal Western Atlantic as a exratropical low forms into a strong subtropical storm(The nhc of course will not upgrade it). It will be around the 2 in 3 week of May.

I'll guess that it forms in the central gulf, never gets awfully well organized but has considerable size. Landfall on the central gulf coast to Florida panhandle, soaking the southeast to mid-atlantic states. Large rain & flood producer to start the season off.
