On a 5 city tour, they alterante cities each year.
This year, Jacksonville was a stop.
Last year's visit?
Baton Rogue, La., Panama City and Punta Gorda

Gotta love the coincidence.

I'll go along with Panama City (Ivan) and certainly Punta Gorda (Charley), but Baton Rouge didn't see any bona fide tropical systems last year in the near vicinity, unless you count the tens of thousands of Ivan evacuees stuck on the interstates and the phantom shadow of minimal Tropical Storm/Depression Matthew.
