Quite in the Tropics!
It looks like we may wait a while before we get a system, but the atlantic is certainly preparing. We have 80 degree temperatures on the gulf coast. The waters around Florida have warmed quite rapidly since a couple weeks ago.

The trade winds are returning to the Caribbean.
