..SPECIAL FEATURE...
1004 MB LOW CENTERED OVER THE TIP OF HONDURAS/NICARAGUA WITH A
SURFACE TROUGH EXTENDING N ACROSS THE ISLE OF YOUTH AND W CUBA
TO THE STRAITS OF FLORIDA NEAR 24N82W. BROAD AREA OF LOW
PRESSURE HAS DEVELOPED AND IS FORECAST TO MOVE NNW TOWARD THE
YUCATAN CHANNEL WERE UPPER LEVEL WINDS ARE FORECASTED TO BECOME
MORE FAVORABLE FOR TROPICAL FORMATION LATER IN THE WEEK.

Still Waiting for it to get over water.. We have a long ways to go.. Later this week.. The timming is all whacked and will be until it gets over water..

Agree Paul.Nothing is imminent for development right now as this is a broad low pressure.It will take it's time to organize and move slowly northward so let's be patient and continue with the waiting game.

Unless it does a very rapid organization and explodes this will be slow all the way and be more as a hybrid system..

which puts it just off the NE coast of Honduras and too weak to classify at this time.
