I feell like a broken record with all of these storms, but a temp sticky to alert the non analysis people about this s2k extra may be needed

your thoughts on any upwelling from Cindy that could effect intensity?? I havent see anyone pose this question so if I am being redundant I am sorry.....

one request (besides having the board not have periodic down time as I have been experiencing)

can everyone keep the questions and comments in the analysis forum in the newest forecast thread. this makes things much easier. Thanks
