Interesting Observation..Elongated N/S Eye and Course
Wondering if a change in direction more towards the north/nnw again.. Sometimes storms portend which way they will make their path by where the eye orients? This is what I have observed over watching many storms.

That's true but also occurs during eyewall replacement. It'll jog somewhat this morning and afternoon.
