If Emily strikes let it strike a unpopulated region.

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Let's hope Emily stays South and dosn't pull a sneek attack thru the Yucatan channel and up thru to Pensecola , Mobile area. I bet they feel like we did last year.

There's a good chunk of the Texas coastline that is unpopulated other than cattle.

Brett? I believe hit Texas as a Cat 4 but went ashore in one of these places and didn't damage anything but cattle.

Kenedy County, Texas is an excellent hurricane mitt. Cows and illegal aliens hoofing it to Corpus or Houston are the only living things.
