I cant see Franklin not developing frankly...No shear with a Vort max like that it should be nothing less than a monster storm riding west...I say ass soon as the wave hits 50w things will start to roll...An roll a long ways west...Again...Hey I sound like JB...LOL..Not good

How are the Atlantic water temperatures in that area by the way? Wouldnt that be the only thing stopping tropical cyclone from forming?
