According to TWC, "everything" should be near Florida if it develops! :D

He did say that, howevere he was only giving an estimated position window, if it develops.

It looks pathetic on satellite this afternoon... I think the waves farther east have a much better chance(particularly the one SW of the Cape Verdes at a higher latitude).

I couldnt agree more. Im not sure why everybody is so hung up on 92L.

cause we are a weather board with lotsa weather fanatics.. we get hung up on every possible system until it's dead, gone, and buried 10 feet below. :wink: And when a system has a lil more then slight probability to develop we get bananas and go to extreme lengths trying to figure out what it's doing. :lol:

Oh I agree... I just think it's too early to be worrying about. I'll be surprised if it's named when it comes through the islands based on satellite tonight.

Amen. And the irregularity of this season means all bets are off as far as historical paths for points of reference and intensity forecasts.

The NHC has already admitted that the climatology this year is different (if not bizarre, IMHO).

I still think we are in uncharted terrritory and would not be shocked to see another Cat 5 200 mph monster this year. :eek:

you are kidding me, if i had 10 bucks for every system coming to south florida i would donate it to s2k and it would fund this site until 2010.
