with the wave coming off the coast of Africa. This model has been very laid back in developing systems so far this year, but has been consistant with this one for several runs now.

But time will tell whether it will develop.
I never put much stock in the early analysis of which direction a storm will go with the models this far out in that part of the world, alot can and often does change. They all had Jeanne and Francis headed out to the fish last year and you saw how that played out. Right now I'm just more concerned with the forecast of something developing and then what and where it develops will play a role in where it might go.
