Why are Forecasts by Pro's in Tropical Analysis Forum Locked

all but Derek's latest is locked...
any reason for this?

The only ones that are locked are Ortts previous forecast's.

They're not all locked. Derek is the only one who locks his, and I think he does it so people won't continue to post on old forecasts.

It's because the forecasts are old... the most current one is not.

Derek requested that we lock his previous forecasts when he issues a new one. That's why they're locked.
