Sobering Photos of what storms really do to North GC.

thought perhaps a visual reminder could help those (like me) who weren't around back then to understand how a storm of this magnitude can really devestate this area.

Hurricane Betsty- Cat 3- Slightly weaker, perhaps, than Katrina.

The Besty pictures are from St. Bernard parish. That is immediately adjacent to Orleans parish to the east.

I pray this storm isn't anything like those two,, :cry: I worked with a Lady that spoke of going through Camille she remembers it like it was just the day before. i couldn't believe some of the stories she told me.The pictures show me what and how she decribed them
