Yeah, TV up here showing evacuation of NO is also showing bidirectional traffic at 10 a.m. Why haven't they made the highways one way? The outbound traffic looks like it is barely moving if at all...

it starts on the outskirts at different places. it was backed up at 130 this morning west and is awful now. good going east tho. have friends who just left. we left wfen we heard the interview with the mayor last night.
