yes. would have thought they'd all try to swim for it, some would make it.

it sure was, the jail is flooded out as well, night time is about to fall, and it is about to be on in the city of new orleans

Yep! I was just watching that video. I was more amazed about the ones sitting in the hooped area.....what was that? It looked like a sewage treatment plant in the center of each of those hoop things. weird the things you don't really think about in the average day......like prisoners
