does anyone know where you can get a file that describes the lat/long that the floaters are looking at? I've been thinking about throwing a program together to plot the recon data (lat long location) along with wind speeds rather than having to scan through the raw data.
I don't like the idea of having to define the lat/long points to help automate the program. Any thoughts?
