Ophelia at Dvorak T # 4.5/4.5.......

10/1745 UTC 31.7N 76.1W T4.5/4.5 OPHELIA -- Atlantic Ocean

Seems to be strengthening and I didn't see this posted. Convection doesn't appear all that deep on IR, but she's obviously getting her second act together.

Ophelia's attempt at organization looks more obvious on visible imagery. An inner core or a better-defined eye appears to have been trying to develop. Also, the environment Ophelia is in may allow at least slightly more organization and intensification. The dry air and some shear have been the main factors prohibiting faster organization and intensification.

Here is the latest visible still image. Has good overall cloud thickness and an excellent circulation.

It's funny y'all are talking about this... The NHC isn't predicting much strengthening at all... But then again, we all know how their intensity forecast goes...
