Ophelia and strong high pressure may create large wind field

The combination of a strong high pressure and a low pressure should create a strong high pressure gradient, not to mention the tropical storm force winds will probably expand, as the hurricane may expand which is what Isabel did back in 2003.

That's what we had here when Ophelia was below our lattitude. We had some very windy Noreaster conditions, combined with some spinoff rain.
