A new wave appears to be developing with good convection in the eastern Pacific just south of southern Mexico. It is following Hurricane Kenneth, which is ahead of it. It appears to be trying to form a swirl.

It is starting to look better on visible imagery as well.

This system might develop since Jova and Kenneth ahead of it are already hurricanes in a favorable environment. Any thoughts?
Another Developing Eastern Pacific System?
