When Phillipe was just a TD west of the Islands, one night during the weather, Allan Strum mentioned that he thought it might track exactly like it is doing now. At the time, it looked like it was gonna strike the lesser Antilles then come in the Carribean. He was right on the money though!!

NHC had the forecast track pegged exactly as Phillipe is doing now from the get-go.

you're right. i dont believe it. he doesnt have an original thought in his head. he just parrots what the NHC says.

i like Kathryn Daniels MUCH better!
