Just a thought--
I wonder how things are going to pan out for evacuations in Houston--if evacuations become necessary--since all those people from New Orleans are already residing in the Astrodome, George R. Brown Convention Center, and other locations throughout Texas. I can't help but wonder what kind of problems that will present for emergency management officials in the Houston area as they start to think of how they are going to evacuate their own population.
