September 2005 is 5 for 5, ties September 1955

After seeing this extremely, ultra active season I decided to see when was the last time a September has had 5 hurricanes in it, like this year. As we already know from Maria to Rita (5 storms), every one of them has reached hurricane status, which is pretty amazing. In September 1955, which also had 5 storms, all of them did reach hurricane intensity. Flora, Gladys, Hilda, and Infamous Ione & Janet.
