Right now the disturbance is not very well-organized, and the LLC of Philippe is still visible embedded within the broad circulation. The systems looks more extratropical than anything else.

I'd think it would become Subtropical Storm Stan.

1 in 10 chance.

Stan's name is reserved for a more powerful storm IMO.

It would have to do so sooner rather then later cause the more north it moves, the cooler the waters will become.
