R.I.P. cape verde season 2005 hurricane has been truly amazing in many ways but to me the incredible thing about this season is that i never thought we would ever see a more costly hurricane then hurricane andrew but then in 2005 hurricane katrina a monster which affected so many people in so many different ways.. it affected me and my family that was one scary night i will never forget it! i hope and pray come the 2006 hurricane season i hope everyone will be ready. me and my family will be ready thats for sure.

Katrina also flooded a city in which much of it is gonna have to be torn down due to toxic mold

katrinas caused the end of mardi gras in new orleans now everyones going to be coming to mobile :oops:

They still plan on having Mardi Gras 2006 in New Orleans. And we also hold very big Mardi Gras parades here in Houma and Thibodaux. They also attract a huge crowd.
