When will invest 99L become tropical depression 25?

There seems to be a cirulation at some level near 20.0/64.8. The convection is pulling into this area. In there is a upper high just to the northwest of it. In which has shear droping 20 to 30 knots.

I think it will be a depression tomarrow.

I say never as of now. I know it looks like its well organized, but we have seen so many disturbances such as this that got sheared apart and I believe this will do the same, there is strong shear to its west, and of course Wilma

I went for 11am Sat. IMHO though, I don't think this system is going to get very much attention right now.
