Forecast is similar to last time, but exact motion over the next couple of days is uncertain--to make it simple, the storm will meander about and eventually start gaining latitude. I level off intensity at 60kts as a compromise as stated in the forecast, but it is possible that Delta could briefly reach hurricane status at some point before moving too far northward.
