Unless it begins to organize a little more it looks like most of the convection/winds/rain will be mainly on the east side. I am kind of suprised the TS Watch isn't a little farther east than what it is.

Lisa Moser mentioned a little while ago that advisories will probably extended as far east as the Alabama coast. Any thoughts/comments on that? Seems reasonable to me.

We are NOT getting into that on here HD. I wanted to know about the possibility of watches/warnings further east. Take your ill humor elsewhere!

Yes Garrett those watches and later warnings will be extended eastward as Bill slows down and changes the track to a more north one and maybe by landfall a NE one as you may know the east part of the system from the center is the strongest one.

You are correct with that statement wx. They are what I call the cup and saucer city. You saw the pics of the Big Easy that Steve posted in another thread. That rainfall was just a drop in the bucket compared to what could come out of this system.

Just read a statement out of the NWS in New Orleans... as much as 6-8" of rain could fall between now and Monday night alone!!! :o That doesn't even take into account rainfall from Monday night into Wednesday.

Hey guys let's hope this thing doesn't stall because I can't imagine what that could do for those areas.
