Acronyms
If you guys don't mind, would you please post the acronyms that are used on this forum and what they mean, because some I don't understand and I know some of the other younger members like me, may not understand either. For example:SAL=Saharen Air Layer. Thank you in advance.

Here's a link to a page with several of the official NWS contractions. Not many of them are tropical-related, but they are used on this board rather often. Used to be that I was there just about every day.
