SDD T numbers are 2.0 this is TD or TS

http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/PS/TROP/positions.html

At 11 AM they will upgrade it to a TD or a TS according to the T numbers 2.0 that are winds of 35 kts.

Yep, if they do not upgrade to at least TD at 11am or earlier someone is missing the boat so to speak.

2.0 = 30 kts, or about 35 mph

Looks much better this morning. That T number looks pretty on-target. Looks like the islands will have to make plans accordingly.
