No I don't think its a problem, but I don't think people know to go to the announcement forum or it will get the exposure that it needs. That's why I started this thread just to let people know its over there.

Btw, every member should visit the Announcements forum occasionally because we might have an announcement in there for everyone to read. :)

Unless it's forum-specific, all general announcements go in there.

I totally oppose moving ANY gathering thread back to the Talkin' Tropics forum, considering it has nothing to do with hurricanes, cyclones, etc.
