this Invest91L looks to be better looking today with that smaller center/low and i think a subtropical system could form!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope, I don't think so. Look at the shear in the area... also, it is still attached to the front. I don't think it may develop.

Current shear values are here. The convection is mainly bursts along a frontal boundary resulting from shearing winds. This is pretty typical this time of year. That is why I doubt it may develop (and is why I voted no).

Cold Fronts last a long time, it doesn't mean its going to suddenly turn in on itself and develop into a massive hurricane

Essentially just to count in that factor of inexplanatory development, Im going with "maybe" however I very much doubt we will see anything develop into a TD before June 1st
