will florida in 2006 get hit by at lease two systems this year?????????
it looks like 6 is an unlucky number for florida because every ten years of 19_6 then florida's been hit by at lease one tropical/subtropical system!!!!!!!!!!
19_6??????

It's funny you bring this up because in Pensacola they say years ending in 6 are bad, 1906, 1926 were bad years for example. I have a book about hurricanes and Pensacola and it talks about the years ending in 6, pretty interesting stuff.

It must just be me but i don't see anything that alarming for the years ending in 6 for Florida. There were 1 or 2 mainly tropical storms or depressions during those years. Florida's geographical location is a no brainer for it to get more storms than any other state. I looked at other 10 year time frames that hit florida much harder than the 6's.

ummm....I don't think so...there does seem to be a correlation and notice for some reason each 19x6 season has multiple hits, not just one.
