WE HAVE SAID THIS BEFORE AT TIMES DURING THE PAST SEVERAL NIGHTS... ONLY TO HAVE EPSILON MAKE A COMEBACK THE FOLLOWING MORNING... BUT EPSILON REALLY DOES NOT APPEAR AS STRONG THIS EVENING AS IT DID THIS AFTERNOON

THE END IS IN SIGHT. IT REALLY REALLY IS.

...EPSILON STRENGTHENS AGAINST ALL ODDS...

I AM AM NOT GOING TO SPECULATE ANY MORE ON THE FUTURE INTENSITY OF EPSILON

That could also be the worst nightmare situation of all if it happens just before landfall. People could easily go to bed expecting a tropical storm or Category 1 hurricane and wake up in the middle of a Category 4 hurricane...
