Fish or _____ storm?

#1 Postby feederband » Thu Jun 01, 2006 11:42 am

Usally we always put a state in the blank...Is there something we could put in the blank for what we think may be a land fall storm that is as catchy as the Fish storm term? 8-)

Not to toss a wet rag on your levity, but IMHO, any storm -- from tropical depression on up -- that threatens land (read: people and property) should be treated and referred to with the concern and respect it warrants.

Hence, no whimsical tags are necessary.

It's a land rover. Not a fish. Possible landing at tampa fl. Where it wil roam the FL Pennisla and exit at daytona beach.

Animal thing didnt work for me. Sounds dumb but its an attempt. :)

Fish or Feet

#15 Postby rainydaze » Thu Jun 01, 2006 2:16 pm

Fish or Feet?

A hurricane swims in the water, but when it hits land it starts a'walkin.

Kinda like a mermaid.....fins in the water, feet on land.
