At this thread the members can post the recon obeservations from the first mission that is tentative to takeoff around 11:30 AM EDT.

SUBJECT: TROPICAL STORM PLAN OF THE DAY (TSPOD)
VALID 24/1100Z TO 25/1100Z JUN 2006

I. ATLANTIC REQUIREMENTS
1. SUSPECT AREA (BAHAMAS).
FLIGHT ONE
A. 24/1800Z
B. AFXXX 01BBA INVEST
C. 24/1545Z
D. 28.0N 77.5W
E. 24/1700Z TO 2200Z
F. SFC TO 10000 FT


However NHC can cancel this mission if the system does not appear that is organizing in the morning.So stay tuned on saturday morning to the latest information about this mission going or not.

Me too, Hurakan, the overnight may have some surprises --- either a flare or a fizz.

I thought in the coded recon flight schedule, that D. was the departure station of the mission. 28N 77.5W for the first mission and 29N 80W for the 2nd mission both seem to be over the waters. Presuming they go, where are they taking off from?

From Biloxi they takeoff.But will they go tommorow is the question and I say right now no.

The coordinates are a position that they think the low will be to go to investigate.However with each day that position changes so it's not a stone.
