Florida.. check in weather..

#1 Postby Noah » Sun Jun 25, 2006 5:31 pm

Some serious storms all day, I was driving in it for 3 hours. Went on trip yesterday to Mt Dora Fl and drove home in the terrential rains today. Seems only rain, and lots of lightning..but no wind.. Glad for that

We've had nice showers most of the day, but nothing violent.

Spent the afternoon at Ft. Desoto with lots of squally stuff all around, but nothing seriously threatening.

Anyone think that big low over central Florida will regroup in the GOM -- or move N. as the TAFB suggests.

Really quiet here in Melbourne today. A light drizzle for about 10 minutes or so, but nothing like what was forecasted for today. All the weather was pushed inland and toward the west coast by the seabreeze I guess.
