i might have to disagree with you winds around 30kts (35mph) sustain and gusts of 42 mph then that tells me if and when it looks a little better then the winds could pick up and form into TS.BERYL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remember that low that hit TX in late May? That low produced sustained winds over 40mph and gusts to 53mph at Port Aransas, TX, yet it was never given a single advisory.
Just because it has high winds, that doesn't mean it is a TS.

You need a closed low-level circulation to have TD or TS. And this area doesn't have one yet. Not even close.

It does look interesting off the Fl. east coast compared to earlier this morning. The NW Carribean is also clicking with activity.
