NOAA August Outlook=Will they lower numbers or not?

Will they go down in the numbers like what the folks of Colorado State university did??

I think they will stay put...their numbers seem to be right on par...

I think,instead of the 13-16 named storms they had in the May outlook,they will go a tad lower,12-15,but that is my opinion.

I changed the title to a question.I want to see the members answerr the question about what will NOAA do when they release their August outlook.

They had in May 13-16 named storms.
