El Nino Region 3.4 warmer again

All four different EL Nino regions continued to either show sustanied warmth or a slight increase in overall warmth.

Region's 3 & 3.4 warmed slightly ( Both +.6) while Regions' 1+2 and 4 stayed the same (+.8)

This is the warmest the group has been since December 2004.
