Those two systems really ate up a lot of Saharan dust so much it is concentrated north of Cape Verde, where few systems develop. That could set the stage for a wild September!

You can thank Debby and Ernesto, in tandem, for doing such (especially Debby).

Yeah I know, but Florence and those behind them will be happy to see it (and we won't be)
