New invest on NRL, just barely in the EPAC (12.1N 139.5W):

From the 4 PM PDT TWO:

AN AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER PERSISTS ABOUT 2050 MILES WEST-
SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA CALIFORNIA. UPPER-LEVEL
WINDS ARE ONLY MARGINALLY FAVORABLE...AND DEVELOPMENT...IF ANY
SHOULD BE SLOW TO OCCUR.


This area is actually moving east, as well.
