El Nino no enhanced rainfall for Florida
Fronts are forecasts to stall out in North Florida because of the strong subtropical ridge. This is the same as it was last fall going into winter. Who says El nino means a wetter and cooler pattern for Florida, I don't believe it anymore.

Read the previous posts. El nino effects don't usually occur till Dec-Jan. So be patient. Not all El Nino's are the same it's just a better possibilty.

I don't know - so far, with the exception of the record rainfall in the Pacific northwest, there is really little sign of an El Nino event - the current pattern is more similar to a negative El Nino pattern, if anything.
