Will ULL be a plenty this 2007 hurricane season

It seemed that last year we had upper level lows form one right after the other in the Atlantic and I'm wondering if it will be the same for this year. Those ULL when their present form a lot of shear in the tropics in of itself.

That was due to the El Nino

I'm not sure, there's already some out there (one near Bermuda, another west of the Cape Verde Islands), although it's too early to tell if this pattern will continue.
