I think Barry may form in about a month in the central Caribbean to western Atlantic.

I think Barry will be what would have been Andrea had she not cheated...an early-season storm into Texas, just like Alicia and the two Allisons (fortunately a faster moving one).

On the other hand if I had to pick I take Alicia and both Allisons over a Katrina, Rita, or Wilma.

Due to the early start with Andrea...I am beginning to feel we may see Barry form sometime in early to mid June. My guess for the location would be in the GOM or NW Caribbean with a landfall range being anywhere along the Gulf coast from Key West to Mexico.

BTW, CrazyC83, Alicia was not really an early season storm. She formed and made landfall in mid August... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hurricane_Alicia
